Build Muscle Fast

     Proper Consultation: I know you do not have much time, but do not be in a hurry to hit the gymnasiums for doing the heavy exercises. Seek proper consultation from the physical instructor of the gymnasium. Check whether you will able to cope with the heavy workouts and exercises. He will prescribe you a proper workout that will suit your needs and moreover help you in building muscle fast.

     Workout: Now, once you get a proper workout plan, you can start with the exercises. Stick to the workout given by the instructor. In the first week, you will find the workout a bit slow and sometimes boring. But remember, that with such an exercise routine, your body is actually getting ready for the heavy exercises which will come later and therefore following that workout is necessary. A good warm up is also necessary for your body to get in motion and to do other physical activities. So see that you do warming up activities such as pull ups, dips and push ups.

     Once you start with the regular exercises, spend some time learning the correct techniques to do them. Do not forget that your future workout will consist of lifting heavy weights, therefore it is essential learning to lift and balance weights properly. Do not try doing other exercises on your own, as you might not know the right techniques to do it and you will land up with muscle pain and injury. After learning the techniques, you can start with lifting heavy weights. Avoid lifting weights that are beyond your capacity. Gradually increase the weights and perform less repetitions. Suppose, you are doing a workout for the chest muscles, increase the weights regularly and perform not more than 4 sets and 10-12 repetitions. This is the best way to build chest muscle fast.

     Another thing that I would like to mention is the workout time. Try to complete your workout in less time preferably 45-60 minutes. Do not use slow movements but use fast, explosive movements which will help you to build lean muscle fast (but take care that you are doing it in right form). Taking less rest in between your sets and exercises will decrease your workout time. If you are indulging in any aerobic exercises, I would advise you to rather not do them or at least reduce them to once in a week. Aerobics are useful in weight loss and therefore are not recommended for quick muscle gain.

     Diet: A balanced diet is another important strategy for building muscle quickly. To build muscles fast and to gain more mass, it is necessary that you eat more and more! Your diet must comprise of foods rich in proteins, low carb diet foods and foods rich in essential fatty acids. Increase your calorie intake, but keep away from fast food. Drink a lot of water to prevent dehydration as water is necessary to prevent muscle loss. Supplementary foods have become popular in the recent years, but I would not advise any supplementary foods to build muscle mass fast as there have been many side effects due to the intake of supplementary foods. Still if you insist to have them, you can consult a good dietitian.

     Rest: You may ask, why is rest so important? However, let me tell you that rest is very much necessary to relax your muscles and get them ready for the next day. Moreover, rest also helps in muscle development and to gain mass on your body. Therefore enjoy a good sleep of about 7-8 hours in the night.
