     A:First,the definition of real man means that men should not be weak.He should be very strong.Only with the strong body can he attract the eyes of women.Second,the healthy problems are very important to men.So I just want to share some posts about the diseases which are common to men.

     Men have many ways to be healthy.For example,we can get the information that men can do more exercises to be strong from the books.But this seems not to be enough.Because that method is very abstract.So men should get more practical solutions.
