Smoking and Mature

Posted by admin on June 23rd, 2009

It seems that the man that smokes is very sexy and mature.Well, thanks to the advertisement and films, some women are trying smoking now.In fact I hate smoking very much.I do not think it is good when I am smoking. But I have to do that when I am in a formal situation.

Life is very short ,so we had better to be health in order to live longer. So smoking is not a thing you deserve for it.

Q:What are the dangers of smoking?

A:(it is from yahoo answers)Cancer, other lung disease, cardiovascular disease. Premature aging, yellow teeth, bad breath, and paying through the nose for cigarettes. I don’t actually mind smelling a little cigarette smoke even though I am a non-smoker, but I try to keep it to a minimum.

I think if a person wants to run a restaurant or bar and allow people to smoke there, they can do that as far as I am concerned. If the smoke is too thick, I’ll go somewhere else for food and drinks. It’s up to them to decide which customers they are more insterested in accomodating.

But it’s not so simple for a person to just choose not to go to school or not to go to the hospital or not to ride on public transit. Therefore, I think it’s totally reasonable to legally ban smoking in these sorts of places. A non-smoker who doesn’t want to breathe smoke shouldn’t have to go significantly out of their way to avoid it.

Q:Can we take any measure to quit smoking?

A:It is very hard to quit if you have been smoking for a long time. But I can give you some tips here.

     1. Start with some pre-preparation by ensuring that you really do want to quit smoking and understanding why you smoke. Are these reasons powerful enough to motivate you when you are faced with those tricky situations? Write down your reasons for quitting. You may want to take a look at some of the benefits of quitting.

     2. Set yourself a date for quitting. Try and choose a date that will be stress free but when you can find plenty to do to keep yourself busy. Try and set a date within about two weeks of reading this.

     3. Ask your doctor for advice. This is especially important if you have health problems or are concerned about issues such as weight gain.

     4. Consider finding yourself a quitting partner relatives, work colleagues and friends are a good place to start. Set a date to quit together and you will be able to give each other support.

     5. Tell your family and friends about your intentions. Ask them for their support before you quit and explain that you may not be yourself while experiencing withdrawal. When you reach your quitting date rely on those that have been most encouraging for support.

     6. Think about starting an exercise program and a sensible eating plan. Again speak to your doctor or dietician. Exercise will give you more energy and help you to relax and relieve stress.

     7. You should know what triggers your desire for a cigarette, such as stress, the end of a meal, drinking in a bar, etc. Avoid these triggers while you are trying to quit or if that’s  not possible, decide how you will deal with the triggers. Read the rest of this entry »

Baby Feeding

Posted by admin on June 22nd, 2009

This is an article for baby`s mother.Well ,if the fathers want to learn more about it ,you can read it in detail.

I only hear that one baby should be feed by breast. But now the situation is all change. Most babies suck milks, little of them feeded by their mother`s breast.

At 8 months, you might be trying to feed your baby new foods. Here are some tips on keeping food safe and healthy:

Do not add salt, sugar, or seasonings to your baby’s foods. Foods that taste bland to an adult are a new taste experience to an infant. Some sodium or salt is necessary for good health, but there is enough natural sodium in foods. Added salt will provide too much sodium for a small baby and can even be harmful.
Do not feed honey to your baby during his first year. Honey may carry botulism spores that can harm him.
Do not use leftovers to make baby foods. Leftover foods are likely to have more bacteria than freshly prepared foods. This could cause your baby to get food poisoning. Use fresh, frozen, or canned food. If you use frozen food, buy the form with the least amount of added sugar, salt, and fancy sauces, all of which are not good for your baby.
Do not feed your baby raw eggs or raw milk. Raw milk is milk that has not been pasteurized. These raw foods may be sources of infections that can be dangerous for him. Read the rest of this entry »

Some poems on marrige

Posted by admin on June 22nd, 2009

Love is a beautiful thing.Someone says that marrige is an end to love.Because you can not share the happiness after marriage .They think that the couples have to face many bad things, such as make money, buy a house or born a baby. These things have nothing to do with love,so if the couples do not come over with these things they may divoice.Love is beautiful thing only when we are young,I think this may be right.

I collect some poems on marriage. We slowly grow up,we have to face many things that are very complicated.

Love poems allow you to express your love in a special and unforgettable way. What a beautiful way for people to express their undying love for each other? Love poems have been around for ages. They help you express what is on your mind and in your heart.

You will surely remember those funny little love poems we all sent to the classmate we thought we loved (we are talking puppy love here) in junior school. The most popular love poem being: Read the rest of this entry »

The difference between men and women

Posted by admin on June 22nd, 2009

I remember that I have compared the intelligence between men and women. The title of the acticle is Men VS Women: Who is Smarter?.Well this acticle will compare based on the body of men and women, such as the DNA.I agree that there should be a relation between the body and the mind.So it is reasonable that we should know more about the structure of the body of men and women.

Q:Can you give us some examples about the differences?

A:.Yes.In spite of being, on average, bigger and generally stronger than women, men generally don’t live as long. This is true all over the world, not just in Western countries. Some researchers theorize that this is in part due to physiological differences between men and women. It may also be related to the way men and women approach relationships. Women tend to build strong support networks that they can turn to for assistance during crises. This network may help them to live longer lives .

In addition, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), three times as many men as women die in car accidents, and two times as many men drown. Male pedestrians are also more likely to die after being struck by cars. The WHO attributes this to men being more likely to take risks than women are.

Q:What are the ideas of  experts?

A:The differences between men and women go beyond what you can see. Men and women are different at the cellular level. Inside every cell of your body is DNA, which is like an instruction manual for all of your body’s structures and functions. A typical human’s DNA is contained in 23 pairs of chromosomes. The twenty-third chromosomal pair determines whether you are a male or a female. Except in the case of rare anomalies, females have two X chromosomes, and males have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. Read the rest of this entry »

Venus Williams VS Wimbledon

Posted by admin on June 22nd, 2009

I am really sorry to hear that Venus Williams lost in France.I am a fan of her,I thought she would be the winner of the match in France. But the result defeats my thinking, she lost. Some people says that the red earth is not the advantage of her, because it will ease the speed of the ball .We all know that the speed is an advantage of her.

Well ,it does not mean that Venus Williams will be a loser forever.I think Wimbledon will be the lucky place for her. That us see an report.

Venus Williams (3), United States vs. Stefanie Voegele (98), Switzerland

The queen hasn’t lost here since the third round in 2006 when records indicate she fell to Jelena Jankovic by 6-4 in a third set. It’s clear by now that on that day they just counted up the score wrong.
Andy Murray (3), Great Britain vs. Robert Kendrick (76), United States

Kendrick led Rafael Nadal by two sets in the second round in 2006. If Kendrick leads Murray by two sets, the spectators and the BBC might experience symptoms including shortness of breath, profuse sweating and mild nausea.

Andy Roddick (6), United States vs. Jeremy Chardy (43), France

It’s a bit of a media sensation here that Roddick invited a London cab driver he has known for several years to his recent Texas wedding. If you can root against him after that, then you’re just an obstinate pig, that’s all.

Dinara Safina (1), Russia vs. Lourdes Dominguez Lino (70), Spain

As that rare quiet No. 1 seeded player, Safina can play with no pressure because nobody expects anything after she fell to pieces in that French Open final. As a pre-Wimbledon strategy, it’s very creative.

Taylor Dent (269), United States vs. Daniel Gimeno-Traver (100), Spain

To reach his second Grand Slam draw of the year after missing 11 straight Slams from 2006-08, the oft-injured Newport Beach native Dent fought through the savage barrenness of qualifying by scores of 6-4, 6-7 (2), 6-4 and 7-6 (4), 6-3 and 6-3, 7-5, 6-7 (7), 6-3. To make him have to win to reach the second round after all that is clearly inhumane.

Marat Safin (23), Russia vs. Jesse Levine (136), United States

During Safin’s last Wimbledon, those sobbing will include young women and old reporters.

     ENGLISH BREAKFAST

Disappointment marred the All England Club on Monday when “Carmen” was announced but “Carmen” was not sung. As the curious bunched around little Court No. 17 and brought along their ears, the supreme 109-decibel grunter Michelle Larcher De Brito failed to grunt gratingly. During her 6-2, 7-5 win over Klara Zakopalova, the 16-year-old from Portugal by way of Bollettieri Academy in Florida did not approximate her French Open simulation of a Christmas goose being strangled to death, instead releasing these little yelps resembling the bark of a chihuahua. At least two English youths who’d dropped by just for the decibels expressed letdown, and they weren’t even tabloid reporters. “Nobody can tell me to stop grunting,” Larcher De Brito said later, adding, “If they have to fine me, go ahead, ’cause I’d rather get fined than lose a match because I had to stop grunting.” It sounded like textbook grunter’s defiance.
